Cancellation policy:

The Client can withdraw freely from the contract up to 7 (seven) before the date of CHECK IN, by sending a written communication to THATSITALY. IT s.r.l., Via de' Serragli 8, 50124 Florence, with complete reimbursement of the payed amount. In case of the withdrawal request is communicated after the above-mentioned limit, THATSITALY. IT s.r.l. will have direct title to receive or retain the 30% of the total due as in the “reservation voucher”. It is also possible for the Client to benefit from the residence at the same conditions in any date chosen by the Client within 1 year, except availability

In the event that the apartment is not available for justified reasons, S.r.l. reserves the right to offer an adequate alternative solution to the original reservation. If the client should not wish to accept the alternative that is offered, every obligation will be terminated and the client will receive all amounts that he has paid: nothing else will be requested by S.r.l..
