The l'Oliveta and il Belvedere farms, which consist of a villa and 3 apartments respectively, extend over the Chianti hills between Arezzo and Florence, a rich and fertile land in Roman and Etruscan times and well famous for the production of excellent oil and wine.
The apartments lie in a typical mediterranean landscape surrounded by vineyards and olive-trees, and have a fine view of the Valdarno.
The farms have been carefully restored and furnished in harmony with the Tuscan country style. There are also an outside loggia with private garden, swimming-pool, barbecue, indipendent heating, a well-equipped kitchen with washing-machine, TV (sat Tv in Malva 1 and Malva 2).
In 5 minutes you can reach the wonderful medieval village of Loro Ciuffenna and in half an hour the historical cities of Florence, Arezzo and Siena.
