The Castle of Fezzana dates back to the time when the Medici ruled over a large part of Tuscany, and it lays on the beautiful hills surrounding Florence. From the castle, you can enjoy a wonderful view on all directions. The village of Baccaiano is just one kilometre away, and there you can find food stores, restaurants, bars, a pizzeria, and a bank - as well as bus stops to Florence, tennis courts, and a sports centre. Montespertoli is 4 Km off the Castle of Fezzana, and offers a wealth of shops of all sorts.
Guests can also enjoy a large 10 x 20 m swimming-pool (with Jacuzzi and solarium), which is positioned in a stunning corner of the castle ground to grant you a unique view. The swimming-pool is open from May to September.
The castle can host dinners and courses of all kinds. This is possible upon request and on condition that a minimum number of participants is met.
