In the restaurant you can touch nature: mushrooms, figs, cherries, apples.... directly from the field to the table. The cooking, using farm olive oil, is particularly light and of traditional tuscan style.

From 1996 Villa Campestri has devoted attention to the culture of olive oil creating the first "Oleoteca" of Italy.
The "Oleoteca" is located in the old cellar of the Villa where we offer courses on olive oil including its history, its science and cuisine.
